Registrations for CLAT 2018 to commence from January 1

The application process for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2018 will begin from January 1 and the exam is scheduled to be held on May 13. CLAT is a national level exam, which is used to determine the eligibility of the candidates for admission into Integrated LLB and LLM courses offered by the 19 National Law Universities of India.In 2017, the exam was conducted by the Chanakya National Law University, Patna. 100 international schools to be opened by the Maharashtra Government

In order to provide quality education to the students, the government of Maharashtra has decided to open 100 international schools. The decision in thsis regard was announced by the School Education Minister Vinod Tawde in the state Assembly session in Nagpur.The decision was announced on the day of government adopting the amendments in the Maharashtra Self-Financed Schools (Establishment and Regulation) Act, which will allow the private players to open schools on no-profit and no-loss basis. Dispelling apprehensions that such a legislation would not serve the poor and help only the rich, Tawde said, “Even today, private players have made inroads in school education. We have only simplified the process.” He also assured that the interests of the students including the regulation of fee will be protected by the government and the state language will be promoted in these schools.The government said "the decision to open 100 international schools is to provide a platform to children who cannot afford similar education in private schools."

Admit cards for Sainik School AISSEE exams to be released soon

The admit cards for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE 2018) are likely to be released this week on the official website--sainikschooladmission.in.The national level entrance exam will be conducted by the Sainik School Society on January 7. Aadhaar card mandatory for the JEECUP 2018 registrations: Check notification

The notification for the JEECUP has been released by the Joint Entrance Examination Council (Sanyukt Pravesh Pariksha Parishad, U.P.).Candidates who are interested in the exam can apply online on the official website of the JEECUP-- jeecup.nic.in.
