CBSE class 12 Geography paper analyses: Students found paper well balanced and moderate

CBSE class 12 Geography paper analyses: Students found paper well balanced and moderate

On March 17, 2018 CBSE successfully conducted the geography paper. All the three papers of the geography were standard in terms of difficulty level and were very well structured in terms of knowledge, understanding, application, high order thinking skill (HOTS), evaluation and skill based questions (map work). The world map was a bit tricky and there were one or two tricky questions in the exam but by large the paper was easy. From the chapter: Land Resource and Agriculture in Unit-III (India, People and Economy) there was only one mark question on map marking and students were quite dissatisfied with this as the chapter was lengthy and required in-depth study. Most of them were expecting at least 4-5 marks question from the chapter.Overall students gave a positive reaction to the paper. The exams for class 10 will conclude on April 12 and class 12 on April 4.
