GATE 2018 admit cards to be released on January 5

IIT Guwahati is organizing the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for 2018 and will release the admit cards for the same on January 5, 2018. The application process for the same started on September 1 and concluded on October 9, 2017.Things to remember for the GATE 201 admit cards Admit cards will only be available on the official GOAPS website from January 5, 2018 onwards. Admit cards can only be downloaded via portal and will not be sent by post or e-mail attachment.Candidates should print the admit card for the exam in color and no soft copy of the card will be considered for the entry inside the hallPrint out copy of the admit card along with the valid id proof will be required for the verification on the day of the examFor Indian candidates, identification cards like Passport, PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhaar-UID, College ID, Employee ID and Driving License will be acceptable and for International candidates, only a valid Passport/Government issued ID/College ID/Employee ID will be accepted as the recognized identificationCandidates photograph and signature should be clear and legible on the admit card. IIT Ghuwati said 'all such candidates who have not verified their email address and mobile number during submission of GATE application should verify the same by logging into the GOAPS portal as soon as possible, the link for which is appsgate.iitg.ac.in'.
