CSSS scholarship renewal: CBSE calls for application

Notification regarding the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students (CSSS) has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Interested students can visit the official website of the board-- cbse.nic.in to renew their applications. Through the forms scholarships for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 can be renewed. The last date to apply for the same is December 15, 2017. Candidates are also required to submit the hard copies of the application by December 31, 2017. The scholarship amount is INR 1000 per month for three years of graduation and INR 2000 for the two years of graduation. “Detailed eligibility conditions for online renewal application for Scholarship are available in cbse.nic.in,” the Board said in the notification.Eligibility Candidates should have passed the class 12 in either 2012, 2013, 2014.Candidate should not be availing benefits of the other scholarshipsCandidates must have passed the board with at least 60 percentCandidate should have 75 percent attendance and good discipline
