CBSE board exams 2017 result: Prakash Javadekar to meet CBSE officials
Over the issue of CBSE marks moderation policy there have been various kinds of speculations about the board result and all these will come to an end today as HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar is all set to meet the CBSE officials.In this year's board exams more than 27,00,000 candidates appear from both class 10 and class 12 at various test centers across the nation.Out of total number of candidates more than 10,00,000 candidates appear for the class 12 board exams.About class 12 results Following the order of Delhi HC, CBSE , for now, has put the result of the class 12 on hold as high court directed CBSE not to scrap off its marks moderation policy this year.After the meeting between CBSE officials and Prakash Javadekar will over, only then CBSE will be able to declare the dates of the results for class 10 and class 12.Delhi HC in its order had said that it may choose to scrap the marks moderation policy from next year onwards.With CBSE's announcement of scrapping the marks moderation policy, it was expected that the admission cut-off in DU will witness a dip this year, but now nothing can be said. About CBSE CBSE is a renowned education body, which was established in 1962. The body affiliates all the Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, private schools and most of the schools which are approved by the Central Government of India.
