Registration for 2017 at Delhi University to start from May 22

The dates for the much awaited Delhi University Admissions are out and according to the press release the registration process for the undergraduate admissions will start from the May 22, 2017, which is earlier than last year. At the same time DU also announced the admission schedule for the Ph.D., M.Phil. and postgraduate courses for the session 2017-18. "The eligible applicants are informed that the registration process of all the programs will be completely online including Sports, Extra Curricular Activities (ECA), Kashmiri Migrants, CW (Defence), and PwD categories," said the press release. Further details regarding the registration process and subsequent procedure will be made available in the Bulletin of Information, which will be uploaded by the University soon, further said the Press release. It may be noted that CBSE and some other state boards are yet to release the result of their board exams, Prof, Maharaj K Pandit, head of the admission committee and dean of the sciences at Delhi University said that the early registration process will give adequate time to the students to gather all the necessary documents. "The registration portal will be open for the students all the time, so that, the students will be able to enter their marks and other details as the results come out," said Prof. Pandit.
