New schedule for University Exams released by University of Madras

A notification has been released by the University of Madras regarding the degree exams of November 2017. In the notification the university informed that due to heavy rains some of the theory exams have been postponed. “I am, by direction, to inform you that due to heavy rain, the University theory examinations of UG/PG/Professional which was scheduled for 03rd and 4th November 2017 FN/AN have been postponed (sic),” the controller of examinations of the University said in the notice. Exam schedule for the undergraduate, postgraduate and professional degree courses has been changed; Earlier, all these exams were scheduled for this month.Exam of November 3 has been postponed to December 5 and the exam scheduled for November 5 will now be held on December 6, 2017.The controller of examinations has also requested the principal and chief superintendents of all affiliated arts and science colleges to keep the questions papers in secure custody until they can be conducted again on the new re-scheduled dates.
